Methods of Payments: We currently accept checks and money orders. We also accept Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Getting the Goods

Delivery: For orders $300 or more, we offer free (biofuel-powered) delivery in Los Angeles and surrounding areas (Pasadena, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, etc.). Otherwise we can arrange a pick-up and or ship to your location.

Shipping: We use union operated UPS. Shipping is currently restricted to the United States.

Returns & Exchanges:

Policy: This is on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy:

If the order can be caught before it has been shipped, there will be a full refund. If the item has been shipped, then it will be considered a Return/Exchange.
